A Peek Behind the Curtains
Robyn Dale
Owner, Creative Design and Sales Director
Robyn is a dedicated and passionate interior designer who specialises in drapes, curtains and blinds. She led the design and sales teams for many of Australia’s leading interior retailers, before establishing her own label with East Coast Curtains & Blinds.
She started her career as a paint mixer for a building supply company in Auckland, before taking over the showroom of an international ceramics importer. She built her talent for design through hard work and real world experience.
Along the way, she developed a technical understanding for the manufacture, assembly and installation of window accessories, as well as a deep commitment to product knowledge and training.
She is an accomplished interior stylist, with a Diploma of Design History and a Certificate in Interior Decorating. Her education covers design for multiple architectural styles, textile harmony, advanced colour techniques and reading floor plans.
Her drape and curtain designs have been used in thousands of homes, retail stores, professional offices and large scale events across Queensland and New South Wales.
